Candidate locations include Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez in the Mexican state of Chihuahua and Saltillo in the state of Coahuila, where CATL could invest as much as $5 billion.<\/p><p>The latest news in August is that CATL&#8217;s factory site selection and incentives negotiations in North America have entered an advanced stage.
