Among them, amorphous silicon deposition and TCO film preparation are two key links, and there are two preparation methods.<\/p><p>The method used for amorphous silicon deposition is PECVD or CAT-CVD. Compared with the former, the latter has higher film quality and better passivation effect on silicon wafers, but its uniformity is poor and the maintenance cost is high.
