dans l'\u00e9lectrolyte est plus importante que celle sans VC, et que la perte de capacit\u00e9 augmente avec l'augmentation de l'ajout de Graphique lin\u00e9aire du taux de perte de capacit\u00e9 cellulaire apr\u00e8s un choc thermique \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape<\/p><p>Le VC am\u00e9liore la capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9sistance des piles \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, mais la perte de capacit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s un impact \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature augmente \u00e9galement, ce qui peut s'expliquer par les caract\u00e9ristiques du VC :<\/p><p>En tant que nouveau type d'additif organique formant un film et d'additif de protection contre la surcharge pour les batteries lithium-ion, le VC pr\u00e9sente de bonnes performances \u00e0 haute et basse temp\u00e9rature et une fonction anti-bulles, ce qui permet d'am\u00e9liorer la capacit\u00e9 et la dur\u00e9e de vie de la batterie.<\/p><p>Lorsque les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la batterie sont stock\u00e9s et impact\u00e9s \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature \u00e9lev\u00e9e de 85 \u00b0C, le film protecteur SEI de l'\u00e9lectrode n\u00e9gative appara\u00eet in\u00e9vitablement \"endommag\u00e9 et le VC se r\u00e9pare pour former un film\". S'il n'y a pas de VC dans l'\u00e9lectrolyte, le film continuera \u00e0 \u00eatre endommag\u00e9, et le carbone de l'\u00e9lectrode n\u00e9gative et l'\u00e9lectrolyte seront affect\u00e9s n\u00e9gativement. Le gaz produit par la r\u00e9action fait que la cellule <a href=\"https:\/\/www.takomabattery.com\/fr\/is-a-swollen-battery-dangerous-the-complete-guide-to-dealing-with-a-swollen-battery\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: #333399;text-decoration: underline\">batterie gonfl\u00e9e<\/span><\/span><\/a>.<\/p><p>S'il y a un VC, le VC continuera \u00e0 r\u00e9parer le film SEI endommag\u00e9, de sorte que le carbone n\u00e9gatif et l'\u00e9lectrolyte ne produiront pas de r\u00e9actions secondaires gazeuses, mais le processus de r\u00e9paration consommera in\u00e9vitablement le lithium efficace dans l'\u00e9lectrolyte, ce qui entra\u00eenera une perte de capacit\u00e9 irr\u00e9versible. La perte a augment\u00e9.<\/p><p>En combinant les r\u00e9sultats du tableau 1, de la figure 1 et de la figure 2, le sch\u00e9ma C (ajout de 3% VC \u00e0 l'\u00e9lectrolyte mod\u00e8le Tinci TC-E233H) est le meilleur sch\u00e9ma pour l'exp\u00e9rience de la section 2.1.<\/p><h3 id=\"Experiment_of_process_optimization_battery\">Exp\u00e9rience de la batterie d'optimisation des processus<\/h3><p>\u00c9tapes exp\u00e9rimentales : 1. Test de la capacit\u00e9 initiale et de l'\u00e9paisseur des 4 batteries de la section 1.3 ;<\/p><p>R\u00e9p\u00e9ter de \u2461 \u00e0 \u2463 jusqu'\u00e0 ce que toutes les piles en vrac soient coup\u00e9es ; comparer le cycle et la capacit\u00e9 des premi\u00e8res piles en vrac dans les quatre sch\u00e9mas. En combinant les r\u00e9sultats du tableau 2, de la figure 3 et de la figure 4, le troisi\u00e8me groupe (apr\u00e8s l'injection de liquide, laisser reposer \u00e0 85\u00b0C pendant 8h dans un four, puis le placer dans l'armoire) est la meilleure solution pour l'exp\u00e9rience de la section 2.2.<\/p><p>Le tableau 2 montre que le fait de rester \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature pendant 8 heures apr\u00e8s l'injection est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la r\u00e9sistance des piles \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature au cours de la phase ult\u00e9rieure. Bien que des piles en vrac se soient produites au cours de la deuxi\u00e8me semaine dans les groupes 2, 3 et 4, les groupes 3 et 4 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques en comparaison ;<\/p><p>La figure 4 montre que la capacit\u00e9 moyenne de la batterie est r\u00e9duite apr\u00e8s l'injection de liquide \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, et que la capacit\u00e9 du quatri\u00e8me groupe est tr\u00e8s faible.<\/p><p>Comme le film protecteur SEI n'est pas form\u00e9 sur l'\u00e9lectrode n\u00e9gative de la batterie avant la formation apr\u00e8s l'injection de liquide, dans cette condition, certains composants de l'\u00e9lectrolyte subiront une r\u00e9action lat\u00e9rale lente avec l'\u00e9lectrode n\u00e9gative pour produire du gaz, qui passera d'une temp\u00e9rature normale \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Il peut acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le processus de catalyse de la r\u00e9action secondaire de cette partie des substances productrices de gaz, de sorte que la r\u00e9action peut \u00eatre \u00e9puis\u00e9e au maximum, afin d'\u00e9viter la production de gaz pendant le choc thermique cyclique \u00e0 85 \u00b0C pendant 48 h dans la phase ult\u00e9rieure, provoquant ainsi un encombrement des piles.<\/p><p>En raison de la catalyse acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, les r\u00e9actions secondaires augmentent avec la temp\u00e9rature, et la capacit\u00e9 irr\u00e9versible augmente en cons\u00e9quence. Par cons\u00e9quent, la capacit\u00e9 moyenne diminue continuellement apr\u00e8s la s\u00e9paration du volume au cours de la phase ult\u00e9rieure. Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature est de 100 \u00b0C, la capacit\u00e9<\/p><p>D'autres composants de l'\u00e9lectrolyte peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre d\u00e9compos\u00e9s sous l'effet de la chaleur, ce qui entra\u00eene une baisse importante de la capacit\u00e9. Si la temp\u00e9rature continue d'augmenter, l'\u00e9lectrolyte se d\u00e9composera facilement et les performances \u00e9lectriques de la batterie se d\u00e9t\u00e9rioreront fortement \u00e0 un stade
