Epoxy resin glue seal leakage, mainly because the glue seal control conditions are relatively strict, and the epoxy glue formula and curing conditions are required to be well controlled. Generally, as the usage time increases, the corrosion and leakage of batteries will gradually become serious. This failure mode has a longer latency. There are generally two conditions for electrochemical corrosion to occur: ionic short circuit and electronic short circuit.<\/p><p><strong>Physical reason<\/strong><\/p><p>Due to battery abuse, careless bumping, and packaging failure caused by the battery&#8217;s own gas and swelling, it will also cause battery leakage.
